1. Emirates Aluminium Company Ltd (EMAL)

EMAL is the world's largest Aluminium smelter Project and is a joint venture between Dubai aluminum (DUBAL) and Abudhabi investment group MUBADALA.<<more>>

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of LV & MV switchgear panels, GIS, transformers etc.

Project Brief
EMAL is the world's largest Aluminium smelter Project and is a joint venture between Dubai aluminum (DUBAL) and Abudhabi investment group MUBADALA.
We have carried out all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works for 18 nos. sub-stations. The work included containment system, wiring, lighting, BMS, earthing, HVAC system, plumbing etc. The work was carried out under strict quality and safety guidelines of EMAL and SLWP.

2. Gate Automation & Over Height Detection System

Infrared type Over Height Detection System was designed and implemented at 6 Container Terminal Gate inside DP World. <<more>>

Project Brief
The system consists of alarms, warning lights and gate automation designed using PLCs. The contract was directly awarded to us by the client (DP World). The OH detection is of dual type. ie, each system consists of 2 transmitters and 2 receivers to avoid any false triggerings.
